Scope of Data Processing

This website is a purely informational web presence. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, embeds no external fonts, maps or other third-party content, and contains no contact form. No profiling takes place.

Server Log Files

When you access this website, the hosting service provider — which operates the website as a processor on our behalf — automatically collects information in server log files that your browser transmits. These are:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access

The processing serves to ensure secure, stable and functional operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The log files are deleted after a short time, unless they are needed to investigate or defend against attacks on the infrastructure. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting service provider.

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (in particular email address, name, content of the message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (handling of enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations preclude this.
